Awesome service! I have been using American Home Shield for almost 5 years now and I never have good luck with AC companies coming out to fix issues. No kidding it usually takes weeks to get the problems fixed. Our AC went out 07/10/2018 at 730pm and I put the call in and at 8:39AM on 07/11/2018 Doyle Patton Service employee Keith called me to say he was on his way. Keith arrived at 9:26 AM and figured out the problem very quickly, replaced the part and was done within an hour. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the service. Thank you Keith and Doyle Patton Service. I hope if I have any other issues your company is dispatched to me again. Excellent service

I have used this company 5 or 6 times in the last few years for my primary residence and for rental properties. They have come out for simple fixes (A/C unit not cooling properly) to major repairs (replacing my entire A/C/ unit and heat pump). As the other reviews say, these guys really are the best. Their level of service and friendliness is above and beyond what I expected.

They immediately make you feel comfortable and there's never any high-pressure sales tactics. Their prices are in-line (perhaps on the lower end) with other companies and the peace of mind I get from using these guys is priceless. This is 100% my go-to heating and A/C company for all jobs, big and small.

When I called to set up a service appointment, Bridget handled my call very professionally. Her voice was clear and professional and very pleasant. Kudos to a company who employs pleasant and knowledgeable people.

On Monday night our AC went out, and we called Doyle Patton first thing Tuesday morning because they did such a fantastic and job for us previously repairing our refrigerator. We told Bridget that our AC went out and if she can please help us. Bridget was totally professional and totally expedited the process and was able to get someone out same day. Technicians Steve and Harrison came by shortly after and they were able to trouble shoot and repair the unit and was also transparent of what the issue was.

They also advised on some preventative measures of maintaining our heating and cooling system. I felt like they were also honest and reasonable in terms of cost of repairs. Overall, very honest locally family owned business, that does honest work that I recommend, and will continue to use if ever I have issues with appliances or Heating and Air system.

Technician quickly diagnosed and REPAIRED my over the range microwave with tools! Standard service call rate(I checked around) with half hour labor. I am very PLEASED. The tech was wearing a clean company shirt, wore a mask, and courteous.

Doyle and his long time employee replaced our LG refrigerator door that had been damaged by a prior contractor in our home. Of course it was the left hand door with the built in ice maker, water dispenser and other electronics so it was not an easy job. The open door surgery went well and our refrigerator finally functions properly again. Thanks for taking on our challenging repair. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the ease of communication.

Doyle Patton had serviced my aging AC system several times over the past few years and had always provided good service. So, when their technician analyzed my non-working, 17 yr. old system as needing to be replaced, I welcomed having them replace it. However, that evening I still had not received a quote as I was told that I would and the next day, still no quote. Finally, my husband called to inquire about the quote and was emailed a hastily-written, non-specific quote that left us with questions.

We finally went with another AC/Heating company that really wanted our business--even installing it on the weekend for no extra cost so that we could get ac service ASAP. Giving our business to the small, hometown company is something that we attempt to do at all times but they have to want the business for it to all work. Very disappointing.

Our company microwave quit working. Since it's a built in, over the counter with an exhaust fan for the cooktop it wasn't as simple as buying a new one. So I started doing web searches and making phone calls. Nobody was interested in coming to look at an inexpensive item like this, but finally one person I called told me to try Doyle Patton. They were friendly and just as promised, their tech arrived the next day. He got the problem fixed quickly, and the price was very fair. I put them in our vendor list and we'll definitely use them again when we have a need.

I recently purchased my first home, which came with a home warranty. 2 months in and my microwave quits working. The warranty company enlists Doyle Patton Service Inc to handle the repairs. Wayne called and set up an appointment to come out after I got off work. Wayne was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable; and quickly identified the issue. Wayne informed me that he needed to order some parts to make the repair, and that they would be in within about a week.

Today Wayne called to let me know the parts were in. He once again came out in a timely fashion, made the repairs, now my microwave is working good as new and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Wayne and Doyle Patton Service Inc. Will definitely use them for any future appliance repair needs.

We called for service, and they were out the next day. They ordered our parts in, and were quick getting back out to make the repairs. They also gave us some helpful suggestions as to what we could do in the meantime. They have repaired both our dishwasher, and the pipe going to our fridge (we thought it was the fridge, but the repairman figured it out in about 10 seconds). The repairman was really professional and quick. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to make some repairs!
