Our air conditioner died last night. I called these guys because their website said they didn't charge for emergency (after-hours). Within an hour of my call a repairman had arrived. He looked at our HVAC and told us what was wrong with it (the motor went out) but he also noticed a warranty sticker from another company. He said that this would probably be covered by them and told us he wasn't going to charge us for the service visit since he didn't do any repairs. The whole process was them was very easy and professional.

Ronnie R with A to Z heating came out and tuned up our furnace and A/C units. He was courteous prompt and professional, but beyond that went out of his way to give us recommendations on things we can do to get the most life and performance out of our existing equipment. I've been using them for 10 years. Always honest and professional. Anthony and his wife do a great job running the place. Ron, Isaac, and Sean put in a new heater and a/c unit. After April confirmed on Friday, they arrived Monday am on time with masks and tarps and all the equipment necessary. Everything went well. Ron explained in detail all that was done. Issac cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were here. The cost was very competitive. It's rare to find a company that is consistently competitive while going above and beyond in service. Highly Recommend.

Our weather was below zero outside and our gas furnace stopped heating. We are so pleased with the service that we received. Our furnace/air conditioning unit quit and needed to be replaced. Due to the holidays it took a little longer to get a unit but Derek and his crew did a fantastic job getting the unit installed. Since it is a roof mounted unit, the timing had to be coordinated with the crane company. The January weather cooperated and it was amazingly calm during installation.
Before making the decision to choose this company, we got bids from two other companies. A to Z was the only one to submit an itemized bid with names of the product that would be installed. Derek did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, including helping me to arrange financing. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and pleasant with the way they do business.

We couldn't be more happy with the prompt service and repair from A to Z. Ronnie was out same day to look at our A/C. Diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and had time to preform yearly maintenance. He was professional, took photos of the issue, and easy to communicate with. Perk to me is easy credit card payment at the end of service. Great experience having A to Z install a new Lennox furnace and A/C unit. Anthony walked me through the entire estimate process, and he, Derek & Ronnie did the install back in April both on time and budget. They helped ensure I also got all my energy rebates with the new units. Honest, local company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
