AMI is very professional and responsive. We called for a pm on our AC to make sure it is ready for summer. Steve, our technician, was fantastic and professional. He explained his findings and recommendations clearly. Highly recommend AMI and Steve.

We had a full AC system replaced. Casey made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Adam and Jeff did a great job on the installation. I have used this company for years now., Starting with a complete removal of an old system including ductwork, a/c and all attic insulation.and replacement of everything. I noticed our air conditioning unit was starting to blow warm air on Friday afternoon so I call A. M. I and they came right out. Anil was great and showed me the problem. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced (it was no longer under warranty) and the cost to repair it not worth it. He temporarily fixed the problem so we had cool air for the weekend.

They were here first thing on Monday. I cannot tell you how wonderful Adam and Nathan were. They kept everything super clean inside the house and out. Super polite and always made sure the doors were closed as to not let our dogs get out. They answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call the office if I had any more. A.M.I by far is the best Air Conditioning Service around. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Stephan and Adam did a fantastic job installing a brand new unit at my apartment. Not only were they on time but they were able to get the unit installed very quickly despite my apartment proving to have some obstacles and despite the rainy weather that was in the area. They were very polite and made sure to be thorough when explaining what they did and teaching me how to use my unit. Couldn't be happier with the ice cold AC.

I have used AMI Air for around 18 years for various properties. Corey has always been very informative and patient with the many questions I have had when deciding on an AC Unit. On occasions when I have needed repairs, their response has been immediate. I have been so happy with their service that I have never even bothered to compare their pricing to other companies.

Steve was great: friendly, informative and professional. I wasn't exactly thrilled about the leak issue but it had nothing to do with the unit itself, rather living on the beach corroded the building's copper lines and caused a large hole. He repaired the corroded copper line on the same day he discovered the issue, and my AC is now back to working.

We had an old ac for our condo. We got the name from a neighbor who had used them. We had several companies come and candidly didnt have the professional and expertise like AMI. Professional company from all phases estimate to follow up post installation. The owner who came to give us a price for the job always available to answer questions never felt pressure.

AMI is by far one of the best companies that I have used for my home. They are reputable, honest and considerate. I had the pleasure of meeting Corey shortly after my home burned down. I received quotes from 5 different AC contractors before coming across AMI. While they were not the cheapest option, I was sold on their knowledge, product choices, and unmatched 10yr parts & labor warranty, I do believe you get what you pay for. They were prompt and professional from the start of the quotation to testing and turning on the system.

Even though a few issues were encountered during the install (due to my home, not AMI) they handled them well and got the job done right. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and quality AC company.

I was very disappointed that there was NO permit pulled, even though I paid for one. The rubber hoses were put on.even though, they should have been stainless steel! SAD

Just got my AC serviced and I'm very pleased with the service. The gentleman that came was very professional and covid-19 prepared - came with mask, gloves, and when he came inside the house to check something he even put plastic coverings on his shoes which I thought was a great touch because I hadn't even thought about that. Adam did a great job installing our new A/C unit, he and his team did a great, professional quality job and cleaned up afterwards like no one was ever there. They installed 3 nest thermostats for me the day before and when I told them I needed a new A/C they arranged it immediately. They always show up when they say they will and their office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I don't trust anyone else.

Nothing but Good things to say about them. Very professional. They installed a seriously nice infinity AC and a dehumidifier in my house after we did mold remediation. I can tell you for sure this is not "some guy" pulling up to your house in a truck claiming to be a profession. These guys took such good care of everything. They covered the floors. Cleaned. And did an awesome job. I'm a picky person and for me to give 5 stars is rare.

Left messages at some other AC companies with no call backs. On recommendation from colleague called AMI. Spoke with Robin, NOT an answering machine, she was clear and concise and let me know they could have someone at my house today. I asked if she knew approximately when and after a few minutes was able to confirm within the hour. Dustin arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable.

He took care of current system and took info for replacement quotation. Excellent customer service. Update: I had AMI replace my 3.5 ton package unit. Great install team led by Casey. They paid attention to details such as matching the mastic to the galvanized, and taping off the edges so that the mastic had a straight edge line. Sounds trivial but even the city inspector commented positively on the job.

All details were followed through and the permit closed out promptly. Everyone I dealt with from AMI was courteous and very helpful. I have no reservations recommending them for your A/C needs.

All I can say is WOW! These guys were extremely professional and did a phenomenal job. I replaced my air conditioning unit. The condo building I live in has been working with another company for many years and we always thought we received fair pricing and professionalism before, but AMI took it to another level. Corey Mullins came out, reviewed everything and provided informed decisions and recommendations on what should be done.

I am a very inquisitive person by nature, so I called him many times with various questions, and he always got back to me right away. I was left completely satisfied with all of his responses. My neighbor and I decided to replace our air conditioners at the same time so he offered us an extremely reasonable price, much below that which was offered by the company we have a history with.

On the day of the install, the ac technicians, Anil and Tom were there promptly and finished the job professionally and left everything immaculate. This company deserves a lot more good reviews! Our AC broke down in the middle of July. We originally hired a AC guy in Plantation who has really good reviews on Yelp. He came out and told us we have freon leak and we need to replace the unit which was only 4 years old. He was a nice guy but didn't like our combined unit and kept saying it's not worth finding the leak and fixing it.

It sounded like he was not willing to spend time to look for the leak. We called several AC companies to get an estimate for installing new unit. AMI Air was the first one to respond. Corey came out the same day for estimate and as soon as he saw how new our unit was, he recommended to get the unit checked by AMI Air's service tech. They sent a service tech, Adam, next morning and he found the leak and fixed it on the same day!

He spent long time looking for the leak, fixed the leak and added freon which costed us slightly over $600 which was amazing compare to installing new unit. He also made sure there was no other issues with unit. They saved us thousands of dollars and probably our sanity too(we were out of AC for 1 week and our house have been 88F during the day.) We are so glad we called AMI Air Conditioning.

Everyone I talked to was really nice which you can't always expect in south FL. Also, they call you when the person you have an appointment with is headed your direction which is really helpful when you have to put dogs in the cage. As long as we live in this area, we will only use this company for our AC!
