Superior emergency service! We returned home at 10pm on a Friday night to a hot house. The A/C unit had broken while we were out of town. We called A/C Plus, received a call back quickly and the tech arrived at our house shortly after that. He was pleasant and professional and even had the part in his truck he needed for a complete repair. Even with the additional after-hours fee, the cost was incredibly reasonable. We would absolutely use them again!

Our home uses a Trane HVAC system that was installed by A/C Plus nearly 8 years ago (as of the date of this review). Anytime there was any issue, which was not often, I could easily call their office and speak with a receptionist who was always able to set up a technician to come out within a business week if it was not an emergency. If it was an emergency they would do their best to send someone out that day or the next day at the latest.

As for the technicians, every single one that has entered our home has always been kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They always put protectors over their shoes before walking in our foyer and they keep me up to date on any tests they are running along with fixes and the associated costs. I have yet to have a single bad experience with anyone from A/C Plus and absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great company to install and/or maintain their HVAC system.

Found out after hours that heat was out. Jimmy was able to come look at the unit relatively quickly and got our unit up and running again. We knew we would need a new unit soon and this clinched it. Jimmy was very informative and helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Service: Heating system repair

Terrible customer service experience, talked to a guy named Brent (not sure if real name) and he was so disrespectful while taking my calls. He also told me that "I am not a service manager, i don't know anything", "I have a bunch of calls waiting" ok? can you wait for a call Monday etc. I told him to talk to me nicely and yet he's like that. As a paying customer, I don't deserve it.

Y'all let me tell you about THE BEST HVAC company.if you need anything done save your self the time of calling other companies. This team got someone out to us in about 2 hours and everyone else (i called several) quoted me two days. even the company that I pay for VIP service told me 2days (which I've now cancelled). AC Plus was kind, knowledgeable and didn't try to take advantage of me being a single female. I'm now an AC Plus customer for life.

Had a tech out Monday july 28 for our air conditioner not working. supposedly our condensation line was plugged. He bailed out the condensate pan in our attic and supposedly flushed out the line. SERVICE CALL - Standard SERVICE CALL - Standard 1 $65.00 $65.00DRAIN LINE FLUSH DRAIN LINE FLUSH 1 $187.92 $187.92 Condensation drain plugged. Cleared condensate drain and pan.

Normal operation on restart. Wired float switch to low voltage power instead of cooling circuit. 3 days later we had the same problem, different tech this time. Said that he could bend the drain pipe on the outside of our house and water would come out, he said that is the reason it won't drain from two story attic. The pipe drops 3 ft in an 8ft run and he says that just because where it comes through our foundation and he can bend it about an 1/8th of an inch to get water to drain, that its our problem.

He stated that he didn't install it or no who did but it must not be correct. I asked him to pick up his tools and leave! Clearly the line is still obstructed. He said that they would blow it out with nitrogen to unclog it. The first guy simply put a vacuum on the line outside the house and claim to have flushed the line. This company ripped us off!

Their techs are pathetic! do not use them even to mow your yard! I am having it done by a reputable company and contacting our attorney! This had better get the owners attention!

They came in the spring to check my system for the summer and the service tech was superb. He was on time, neat and informative.

Had a technician come to my home 2 weeks ago to diagnose problem with ductwork. Gave me the quote the next day which was reasonable. I called back the next monday to add one thing to the service which i had forgotten about and scheduled an appointment for june 9th for repair. Called today because no one had returned my call about adding the forgotten service and was spoken to in a very unprofessional way.

I was told they had no time to work me in, even though i had an appointment. When i tried to speak, i was spoken over. When i said i had a scheduled service, i was told they just werent sure who made it. BEWARE!
